One size fits all? One philosophy for everything? How can that be? Because we take who we are with us everywhere we go in everything we do. Like it or not, we are our own permanent companion throughout our life's journey. If I am coaching, consulting, speaking, or writing, my philosophy is the same.

My philosophy is pretty simple really. It begins and ends with understanding the power and role of a Clear State of Mind in our well-being. Our state of mind determines the quality and effectiveness of our thinking, actions, and results in everything we do.
That's right. State of mind determines our effectiveness. Not past experiences or current conditions. What we make of those experiences and conditions is entirely up to us.
